Our hand brewing process remains the same as the first day we started from our home kitchen in London.
It takes around 45 minutes to perfect a brew, which involves the tea being poured through a tea filter at a high speed, a technique which results in a tea which is strong, aromatic but well balanced.
With a proprietary blend of black tea, evaporated milk, and a hint of sugar, each sip unfolds a delicate symphony of flavours, leaving your palate longing for more.
