Delivery Schedule
We require 2 days to process your order and you will be able to select your preferred delivery date at checkout.
Our typical delivery days are as follows:
London M25: Tuesday to Saturday
UK mainland: Tuesday to Thursday
These dates may be subject to change due to availability or public holidays so we recommend that you check this section of our site before ordering, particularly during holiday periods.
When do you deliver?
London deliveries will be made at your nominated date between 9am to 8pm. Once you receive your tracking link from our courier, you will receive a 2 hr time slot the morning of your delivery and add a note in your tracking details to indicate a safe place to leave your parcel if you won't be at your address.
UK mainland deliveries will be made at your nominated date, typically between 9am to 6pm. Once you receive your tracking link from our courier, you will receive a 2 hr time slot the morning of your delivery and add a note in your tracking details to indicate a safe place to leave your parcel if you won't be at your address.
Currently, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time before the delivery date. If you would like to arrange for a delivery within a specific delivery slot or by a specific time (i.e. for business addresses), we would be pleased to discuss alternate couriers with you. Please get in touch with us at hello@chadong.co.uk before placing your order.
London delivery
We offer FREE DELIVERY within London M25 for all orders with a minimum spend of £20. All of our London deliveries are 100% emission free!
Deliveries are made by Packfleet or another same day courier, which will be delivered based on your nominated delivery date that was selected at checkout. Please note that as our delivery routes may change weekly, your deliveries may be delivered via a same day or overnight courier. As such, we recommend that someone is at the address to receive the delivery.
London pick up
You are welcome to pick up orders from our kitchen, located in Battersea. Please allow for 2 business days and select the pickup option at checkout. No minimum spend applies to pickup orders.
Please note that once your order is ready for collection, it will be held for 5 working days and disposed of if uncollected.

UK mainland delivery
A minimum order of £20 applies and all orders will be subject to a delivery fee of £4.99 per box (up to £60). For any orders above the order value of £60, we will contact you after your delivery is placed to arrange the additional payment, as each additional box requires an additional courier charge and insulated packaging.
Deliveries will be made via an overnight delivery service using DPD or Parcelforce, which will be delivered based on your nominated delivery date that was selected at checkout.
Our UK mainland delivery service excludes the Scottish Highlands, offshore islands and Northern Ireland.
Whilst we strive to work with couriers who offer a high on-time delivery rate, please note that this service isn't guaranteed and can be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances. If you are ordering for any events, we would recommend that you select a delivery date 1-2 days before the event.

I have placed an order but my tracking email has not arrived, what do I do?
For all deliveries, an email will be sent the evening before your nominated delivery date. This is the date that you had selected at checkout and can be found on the top of your order confirmation email from us.
If it is the evening before the date of your nominated delivery date, please ensure you check your junk/spam folder and if it still hasn't arrived, please get in touch with us [hello@chadong.co.uk].
What if my delivery is delayed? (Outside of London)
We understand that sometimes parcels sent via our couriers may get delayed due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control, i.e. due to harsh weather conditions or road closures. If there is a delay, please be assured that the insulated packaging that we use means that your product can remain chilled for up to 48 hours.
Should the parcel arrive more than a day after your scheduled arrival or is not in a chilled condition, please get in touch with us [hello@chadong.co.uk] and we will do our best to resolve.
How will my milk tea remain chilled?
Every bottle of your tea is made to order.
To ensure your tea remains fresh, all overnight deliveries will be packaged using food-safe, eco-friendly insulated packaging and / or coolants.
We have thoroughly tested our packaging to ensure that your products will arrive chilled, so simply pop it in your fridge upon receipt.
Our insulated cardboard packaging and cardboard boxes are also 100% recyclable.
